Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All payments for premium packages on VeturaScout are final. Due to the immediate activation of premium features upon successful payment, refunds are generally not provided.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate or erroneous charges due to technical issues
  • Payment was processed but the premium features were not activated
  • Unauthorized transactions (subject to investigation)

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected] within 7 days of the transaction with the following information:

  • Your Order ID
  • Transaction date
  • Reason for the refund request

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Deleted Premium Listings

If a premium listing is deleted by the user, the premium subscription will be lost and will not be refunded. Users will be warned before confirming deletion of a premium listing.
