1. Free Listings
Free listings can be deactivated or deleted at any time from your account dashboard without any charges or penalties.
2. Premium Listings
Premium (Top) package subscriptions can be canceled at any time. However, once a premium package is activated, the remaining duration will not be refunded. The premium features will remain active until the end of the purchased period.
3. Auto-Renewal Cancellation
If you have enabled auto-renewal for your premium package, you can disable it at any time from your account settings. Cancellation of auto-renewal will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Payment Cancellation
If you cancel a payment during the checkout process (before completing the transaction at the payment gateway), no charges will be applied and your listing will remain in its previous state.
